Independent Chiropractic Medical Examinations

Dr Kenney has been performing independent chiropractic medical examination for insurers since 1992. His examinations are complete, accurate, defensible, and documented. Reports are referenced and allow the requesting agency to review the case under review with all the information in front of them. Dr. Kenney utilizes psychometric instruments as well as standardized testing to document the presence or absence of non-physiologic factors. His reports provide quantitative as well as qualitative measures using such accepted statistical measures as mean, standard deviation, and coefficient of variance when comparing performance against established normative data.

Impairment Rating

Impairment rating is determined using the criteria and protocols delineated in the American Medical Association's Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment. The most current edition of the "Guides" is always used.

Dr. Kenney is available for case reviews and to serve as an expert chiropractic witness.
