Patient Testimonials

Here is what a few of our patients have to say about the care they received.

Humpty Dumpty worked very hard,
Cashiering and bagging early each dawn.

She did so much damage to both of her limbs,
She thought she could never pick up her grandson again,
Or work or drive or have any fun,
She was in constant pain now , oh what could be done?

She saw many doctors, who all tried to help,
But none could fix the pain that she felt.

They said you've done damage, and well, at your age...
Your odds of recovery...you'll never be the same.

It's funny, cause when you're consumed with such pain,
You feel all alone with nothing to gain.

Helpless and broken you start to get sad
But geeling THAT way makes you so mad!

The cycle you're stuck in, may not be your fault,
But it does take its toll on your head and your heart.

Then one day by luck, she went to see
Dr. Kenney who said "you listen to me",
I think I can help you, I'm sure that I can,
He didn't play games he's a very nice man.

It wil take lots of work and most likely hurt,
But after some time I could button my own shirt!

Slowly but surely, I started to see,
All the work we were doing was starting to fix me!

I can play in the garden, and have fun,
Thank God, I can even hold my precious grandson!

A chiropractor you say, "Oh what can he do?"
Have a seat and I'll tell you he's made ME brand new!

If I'd only known, I'd have come here first,
I could have saved all those years living in reverse.

Yes there is still more work to be done,
Strengthening and stretching, more icing no fun!

The progress I've made is huge from my side,
I think it's returning some spark to my eyes.
So Dr. Kenney I hope you can see,
I cna't THANK YOU enough for helping fix me! - 2014 R.K.

I'm so pleased with the treatment Dr. Kenney has given. I was in a lot of pain with my leg, unable to stand working without taking pain killers. Afraid I was going to have surgery. He has keep me working and not needing surgery. I no longer need to take anything to work. - Vicki M.

As long as I can remember, I've had crippling lower back pain. I was sore most of the time, but when this pain shot through my back, I couldn't move for sometime My co-worker told me about Dr. Kenney. I feel much, so much better. I'm sorry I waited so long to try chiropractic care - it was my loss. I thank Dr. Kenney and staff for being so helpful and friendly. It's nice to be greeted with a smile every time. Also for explaining everything to me - sometimes over and over again. - Ginger G.

I've been a patient of Dr. Kenney's for almost 17 years. Without his back care, I know I would not be able to play with my grandchildren, care for my gardens that I love so much, or bear the pain that goes along with the aftermath of back surgery. He treats the whole person, not just the person's back. Let me give you an example: Dr. Kenney was about the give me a back treatment one day when he noticed one of my fingers was infected and turning black. He asked me what had happened. I told him that I got a big splinter behind the nail, but could not get it all out. Dr. Kenney said, "I can't work on your back when you're about to lose your finger!" He then called an orthopedic surgeon at the local hospital and told him he was sending me over. Within thirty minutes, I was in surgery and the surgeon took out the rest of the splinter which had gone all the way down to my knuckle! I had to stay in the hospital overnight with an antibiotic drip. Thanks to Dr. Kenney, I still have five fingers on my right hand. -Lois M.

Having sustained a spinal cord injury in June of 1989, after being struck by a hit and run driver while riding a bicycle, I started to see Dr. Kenney early in the year of 1990. The injury I had sustained left me disabled for life, from walker to crutches, to a cane for years. I do not believe I would be able to walk at all without having chiropractic manipulation over the course of the last twenty two and a half years. I still remain disabled but am able to walk without a cane or any assistance. I still have crippling pain in my spine, and always will, but chiropractic has helped relieve the pain to a level I can walk. I again would like to say, without the help of Dr. Kenney Ido not believe I would be able to walk! - David B.

In the past years that I have been seeing Dr. Kenney for putting my spine back in place, I found him to be very forthright with me about what he could and could not do. Never did I think that he could help me with a problem that has plagued me for years, namely, diarrhea. The results have been amazing! Diarrhea has become an infrequent visitor in my life - something I never believed could happen unless I was constantly taking medication. - Jean S.

I have been very pleased with my treatment as a patient at your practice. the atmosphere is warm and inviting and I admire the fact that you take your work so seriously. I feel very blessed to be under your care. - Leslie T.

Enroute to a hiking vacation, I injured my back lifting luggage. My pain was so severe I could hardly stand. Dr. Kenney's office set an appointment for me upon my arrival in Jackson. After an initial exam and series of questions, Dr. Kenney adjusted my spine. The pain subsided by at least 50% so I could walk without pain. Within two days, my pain was minimal. Dr. Kenney is definitely the "vacation saver." I was able to enjoy my hikes and complete my vacation as planned. - Betty W.
